The whole story began quite by chance with The Great Wall Marathon in 1999. I have completed the Marathon every time it has been run, as well as running at all nine of Adventure Marathon’s destinations, marathons on seven continents and in 19 countries – a total of 50 marathon runs, three ultra-marathons and a triathlon. The most recent marathon was completed with pacemakers. Stories, anecdotes and run descriptions have been brought together in the inspirational book, ”If you can dream it, you can do it”.
