This doctoral thesis accepted for oral defense by the Faculty of Health Sciences, University of Copenhagen, 21th September 2010 focuses on brain activity in response to proprioceptive stimulation in schizophrenia. The works encompass methodological developments substantiated by investigations of healthy volunteers and two clinical studies of schizophrenia spectrum patients.
