need to know much more about foreign legal systems and foreign colleagues' way of thinking than before. In the present book members of the staff of the Copenhagen Law Faculty present their field of study or themes of current research in an international perspective. These studies reflect recent tendencies in Danish legal science and contribute to the knowledge outside Denmark of the Nordic way of legal thinking and of the discussion of current legal issues.
