Since 1978 Klingbjerg Press has featured its own lists for English, French and German works. The intention is now to extend this range to enable people to read works of Danish literature..
Since English has almost become a common language in the EU countries, English vocabulary lists for Danish texts will offer a great opportunity for people in many countries to gain first-hand impression of Danish language and culture. This will not only help those professionally or academically interested in things Danish, but also mean that visitors to Denmark will get considerably more out of their stay.
