Kazallon has decided to return to Liverpool from the United States and has booked passage on a ship, ‘The Chancellor.’ However, once the ship catches fire, Kazallon and his co-passengers must face all the dangers on, above, and below the unforgiving Atlantic Ocean. A masterful exploration of the lengths that people will go to to survive, ‘The Survivors of the Chancellor’ is a tense and gripping read.
Jules Verne (1828 – 1905) was a French author, whose works are thought to have seen the beginnings of the science-fiction genre.
